Service Scope
Stone Spa provides ladies home and hotel beauty and spa services in Jeddah within approved areas and working hours. Prices, availability and transport fees may vary based on area, time, service type or offer conditions.
Eligibility and Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and updated information. Management may reject or cancel requests that include incorrect data, cannot be operationally fulfilled, or violate platform policies or applicable laws.
Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a final confirmation. Bookings are confirmed after management review, staff and time availability, and payment or transfer receipt approval when required.
Location Preparation
The customer must provide a safe, suitable, clean and private service location, share accurate location details and an exterior photo when requested, and facilitate staff access on time.
Health Disclosure
The customer must disclose allergies, pregnancy, injuries, medical conditions, medications, or any relevant restriction before the service. Stone Spa is not responsible for effects resulting from non-disclosure or inaccurate information.
Offers and Packages
Offers and packages are seasonal and subject to their own conditions. They may be limited to certain services, areas, periods, usage limits or time slots. Multiple offers or coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Wallet and Service Credits
The platform may allow purchasing an offer as service-specific credit for a limited period. This credit is not general cash balance and cannot be used for another service or after expiry unless approved by management.
Payments and Receipts
Accepted payment methods are shown on the platform. Bank transfers are not approved until the receipt is reviewed and linked to the booking number. Management may request additional verification information.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to staff availability and the published cancellation policy. Operating fees or alternative times may apply for late changes, no-shows, or access issues.
Conduct and Privacy
Staff may stop the service or leave the location if the environment is unsafe, unsuitable, abusive, or violates etiquette or laws. Stone Spa is committed to protecting customer privacy and data.
Liability Limitations
Stone Spa aims to provide services with professional care and is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, security barriers, inaccurate location details or emergencies. Liability excludes indirect damages or losses from misuse of the service.
Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, content, images and materials published by Stone Spa are owned or licensed by the business and may not be copied or used without approval.
Updates
Stone Spa may update these terms when needed. The version published on the website is the approved version from its publication date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are handled by the competent authorities.
