Payment Methods
Stone Spa accepts payment methods shown on the website, currently including bank transfer, with future readiness for Mada, Apple Pay or other payment gateways.
Bank Transfer
The booking number should be included with the transfer or sent with the receipt. Payment is approved only after receipt review and matching.
Unmatched Amounts
If the amount is short, excessive or unclear, management may hold approval until information is completed.
Refunds
Approved refunds may be returned to the original method or converted to customer wallet balance depending on the case. Bank processing may take several business days.
Completed Services
Fees for completed services are not refundable unless a material operational issue is confirmed by management.
Service Credit
Service credit tied to an offer is used only for the selected service during validity and is not general cash balance.
